How to use this Blog:
Bulletproof Bracelets is not a work of perfection: this blog is the sharing of my experience, strength, and hope. Much of what has strengthened me, taught me to be more vulnerable and caused me to “grow up” in my forties can be found in the section Let it Begin with Me.
In Self-Supporting, I share ideas about how to earn money by side-hustling. I like to interview people who are doing interesting things that could help someone else. If you feel that you have something to add to the Self-Supporting category, comment or email me and let’s talk. In the interest of self-supporting, there are affiliate links in some of my recommendations and there are advertisements on my site. I advertise for things that I love. Sometimes, like in the case of Flea-Market Flippers or Naked Recovery, I have not tried the programs myself, but I post interviews with the creators so you can determine for yourself if it’s right for you. I personally completed Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing school. That’s how I learned the right way to make my blog a self-supporting side hustle and not just a hobby. I also advocate for safer beauty products through Beautycounter. You’ll find information on Beautycounter in different places in my blog, more about the products and how I make money from my advocacy work.
Recommendations is a growing list of things that are also found throughout the blog — my favorite resources in one easy place.
I hope that you find something that resonates with you in my blog, and I’d love to hear from you. My posts are open for comments, and you can comment here too. I can be reached by email as well. The opinions expressed in Bulletproof Bracelets are those of the person who gave them. Take what you like and leave the rest!
